The FIDA St Albans FC hit the field hard this tuesday, training extra hard in the lead up to this Sunday's Home game against the infamous and much rivalled Sunshine FC. The team focused on strategic counter skills, hand passes, footy bumps, everything they need in taking down the dreaded opponent and having fun, whilst remembering that "you always get rewarded for the doing the hard yakka".
