Opening the season with unprecedented mammoth 110 point victory over the Waverly bears put FIDA St Albans fans into complete frenzy, supercharging our spirits for the weeks to come.
We played our best in the Round 2 match, though it wasn't enough to hold back the dominating Rupertswood FC, with final score 5.11.41 - 9.10.64. Best on ground - Johnathan Kha, Jason Heagerty (after a injury recovering and gave his all), Andrew Muscat (fair sportsmanship award), Daniel Ceasria.
Round 3 was hugely successful for the FIDA Saints, sealing a commanding victory over Western St Albans Saints by 8 goals!!!

We held our heads high after Rupertwood FC. Put on a good, yet dominating game, claiming a win over us in Round 4. The final score was Scoreboard - Rupertswood FC 14.10.94St Albans Saints 3.3.21. Best on ground - Jamie Ronaldson, Johnathan Kha, Andrew Muscat and Hayden Carbone
Unfortunately sickness prevented me from playing in last round 5 block buster clash between the Saints and the Waverly bears. Though I'm very proud of my team for the 10 point victory over bears. Now that I'm fully recovered I'm pumped and really looking forward to Round 6 all-star clash between VAFA SFX Saints this Saturday.
